How to choose between the two styles: the pullover hoodie has an uninterrupted front, so centre-chest designs, family rosters and larger portraits sit best there. The zip hoodie splits the front, so we recommend a left-chest name, initials, a sleeve line, or a design across the upper back. Both run S to 3XL in a unisex fit. Hoodies feel one step warmer and roomier than our sweatshirts, so most people take their usual size; measure a hoodie you already own and compare it with the Size Guide if you are unsure.
Thread colours are the same across all garments, so a matching set for a couple or a family is easy to build: the same name in the same thread on a hoodie, a sweatshirt and a cap. Choose the text, the font and the placement on the product page, upload a photo if the design is a portrait, and we send you a stitch proof to approve before we start. Approved orders are stitched within 1-3 business days and ship free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with tracking. If the size is wrong when it arrives, the 60-day return window covers an exchange, and we pay the return postage.
