This sitemap lists every public page on stitchyhome.com and explains how the store is organised, so you can go straight to what you need: a garment, a kind of personalisation, a policy, or help with an order. The list below updates automatically as pages and categories are published; underneath it, each section of the site is described in plain words.

How the store is organised

Stitchy Home sells embroidered sweatshirts, hoodies and caps, personalised with names, family rosters, pet portraits and photo portraits. The site is arranged in four layers: the homepage, which introduces the store and shows every category; the shop and its categories, where products live; the policy pages, which set out how shipping, returns, refunds, payments and privacy work; and the help pages, which answer questions and connect you with our support team. Every page is reachable from the menu at the top or from the footer at the bottom of every page, and every policy page links to the others it depends on.

Shop by garment

Three categories group products by what is being stitched on. Embroidered Sweatshirts covers crewneck sweatshirts, the most popular canvas for centre-chest rosters and portraits. Embroidered Hoodies covers pullover and zip hoodies, with notes on which placements suit each. Embroidered Hats covers baseball caps, dad caps and snapbacks, all one size. Each category page begins with a short guide to choosing within it: sizes, colours, the placements available and the thread colours that work best.

Shop by personalisation

Five categories group products by the kind of design, across all three garments. Name & Initials is for first names, nicknames, monograms and short words. Family & Couples is for matching sets, family rosters and role pieces such as Mama, Dad and Grandma. Pet Portraits is for dogs, cats, rabbits and horses drawn in thread from your photo. Photo Portraits is for couples, grandparents and families redrawn from a picture. Occasion Gifts groups pieces by the moment: birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, graduations, thank-yous and the winter holidays. A product appears in one garment category and one personalisation category, so you can reach it either way.

A category appears in the list above once it contains at least one published product. Until then, the category page still opens from the menu and explains what it will hold, but it is not listed here or in search results, so you are never sent to an empty page from the sitemap.

The shop and your cart

The shop shows every published product, with sorting by newest or price. Your cart is always one click away from the cart icon at the top right of every page. The cart and checkout show the free shipping line for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the payment options available for your order, and your total in US dollars before you pay. My account holds your order history and saved addresses if you choose to create an account; guest checkout works for every product.

Policies that apply to every order

Six policy pages define what you can expect from us, and they use the same numbers everywhere:

  • Shipping & Delivery: free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; stitched and dispatched within 1-3 business days after proof approval; 7-14 business days in transit; tracking, customs and what happens to late, lost or damaged parcels.
  • Cancel or Change an Order: the 24-hour window for free cancellations and changes, and what can still be changed at each stage of an order.
  • Returns & Exchanges Policy: 60 days from delivery for every piece, personalised ones included, with return postage paid by us; exchanges for size and colour; gift returns.
  • Refund Policy: refunds reach your original payment method within 7 days after the return is received and approved; amounts in each situation; store credit.
  • Payment Methods: where to find the payment options for your order, when you are charged, currency, security and declined payments.
  • Privacy Policy: what we collect, how portrait photos are handled and deleted, who we share information with and your rights.

Terms and rights

Three pages cover the legal side of personalised embroidery. The Terms of Service explain how an order is formed, the role of the stitch proof, prices, the content you send us, liability and the law that applies. The Intellectual Property Policy explains which designs we can and cannot stitch, such as why team logos and cartoon characters are not possible, and how to report a concern. The DMCA page sets out how copyright owners can send a notice and how customers can respond.

Help and support

When you have a question, start with the page that matches it:

  • FAQs: more than sixty answers about designing a piece, photos and portraits, proofs, sizing, thread and care, gifts, shipping, returns, payments and privacy.
  • Help Center: a guide to every topic with a short summary and a link, plus a proof checklist and worked examples.
  • Order Tracking: look up your order with its number and your email, and learn what each order and carrier status means.
  • Size Guide: how our sizes run, how to measure a garment you already like and how to choose between two sizes.
  • Submit Ticket: ready-made email subjects for every kind of request, so your message reaches the right queue.
  • Contact Us: our email address, reply times, business address and what to include in a message.
  • About Us: what we make, how a piece is made, what we promise and what we will not do.

A route through the site for first-time visitors

  1. Start on the homepage, where the “Pick your blank, then your stitch” tiles show all eight categories, and the “Stitched in 3 steps” section explains the order process.
  2. Choose a garment category to see the blanks and the placements they allow, or a personalisation category to see the kind of design first.
  3. Read the Size Guide before you choose a size, especially for gifts.
  4. Check Shipping & Delivery if the piece is needed by a particular date.
  5. Order, then watch your inbox for the stitch proof, which arrives within 1 business day.
  6. Bookmark Order Tracking to follow the parcel once it ships.

How pages stay consistent

The same numbers appear on every page that mentions them: 1-3 business days to stitch and dispatch after proof approval, 7-14 business days in transit, free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, 24 hours to cancel or change, 60 days to return with postage paid by us, and refunds within 7 days after approval. If you ever find two pages that seem to disagree, tell us; the version that is better for you applies while we correct the page.

Finding a page quickly

The search box at the top of every page searches product names and descriptions. If you are looking for a policy rather than a product, the footer is usually faster: the Company column lists About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Payment Methods, Contact Us and this sitemap, and the Customer Support column lists the FAQs, Help Center, Order Tracking, shipping, cancellation, refund and returns policies, the size guide and the intellectual property pages. On a phone, the menu icon at the top left opens the same main menu, including the Personalise and Help sections.

Pages we do not publish

Some addresses on the site are working pages rather than content, and they are deliberately kept out of this list and out of search engines: the cart, checkout and account pages, search results, filtered or sorted product lists, and category pages that do not yet contain products. They still work when you use them; they are simply not useful as entry points. Every page in our machine-readable XML sitemap for search engines is also listed above.

What each category page contains

Every category page follows the same layout so you know where to look. At the top is the category name and a short guide written for that category: how to choose a garment or a design, which placements and thread colours work best, and links to the size guide and the policies that matter most for it. Below the guide are the products, four to a row on a computer, three on a tablet and two on a phone, with sorting at the top right. Each product card shows the garment, the price and the colour options; opening a product shows its photos, the sizes and colours, the personalisation fields, and a short reminder of our returns, refunds and processing times under the add-to-cart button, taken from the same figures as the policy pages.

Pages that will appear later

We keep the site to pages that are useful today. A blog with buying guides and care articles, and a page listing current discount codes, will only be published when they have real content: articles that are worth reading, and codes that are genuinely active. When they appear, they will be added to this sitemap, to the footer and to the machine-readable sitemap at the same time.

Accessibility and other formats

Every page on the site uses real text, headings and tables rather than pictures of text, so it works with screen readers and zoom. If any page is hard to use, or you would like the information in another format, email support@stitchyhome.com and we will help you by email, including placing an order.
